As I write this, on a screen, I often think about how much screens affect our behavior. There are many things with modern technology that I find apauling, the addiction of screentime and compaies that are encouraging you to spend more and more of your time on their apps is pretty gross.
Digital minimalisim is a practical process of shedding screens and toxic apps from your life. One of the biggest takeaways from this book for me is reducing the notifications on your phones, tablets and computers. Little distractions that take your attention and cognitive load.
